I ordered a custom size wool rug for

I ordered a custom size wool rug for our family room that was delivered on time and was perfect. Unfortunately, the fibers of the rug began to fray very soon and with very little use. Customer service was responsive and concerned, and agreed that something was wrong with the rug. They replaced the rug with another similar choice of similar value. At no time did they give me a hard time about what happened and they gladly sent a replacement. This is a great company and I highly recommend them!
