I am so, so happy with this rug and frankly, the excellent customer service from Rugs That Fit! The rug is very high quality and looks perfect at my front door. Most importantly, I was contacted very soon after placing my order by email to verify the spelling I requested for my customized rug. It’s a play on my name. I am glad the company contacted me to confirm my order and I gave them a chuckle with the playful name. I received my order fairly quickly and well packaged. We had rain right after it arrived for a few days and I can tell how well this rug will hold up in wet weather. Thanks again, Rugs That Fit! Second one I've bought. First one lasted me for several years and, when it started to look dirty and worn, we just power-washed it and it looked great again. No significant fading on a stoop that received FULL afternoon sun. The mat is still at that address, even though we have moved. Only bought this second one when we moved to a new address, it does appear that the backing is a little different, so we'll see how well this one holds itself together.
