Returns and Damage Policy:
Our rugs are made to order so please make your selections and measurements carefully before choosing a size and ordering your rug.
If there is a problem with your rug, please contact customer service at (888) 589-2673 or email@example.com so we can understand the problem and assist in resolving it. We accept returned items in cases where a product is either damaged in shipping or is different than the order placed with Rugs That Fit. If either of these were to occur please contact us and we will resolve the problem immediately. We'll even pay for shipping back to us. We stand by our workmanship and materials and care about our customers satisfaction.
All of our area rugs include free shipping and are shipped with the ultimate in care to minimize the risk of damage during shipment. *For those ordering outside of the U.S. Taxes & duties may apply and vary depending on the specific region or province you reside.
We wrap and protect your rugs in heavy duty bags and do our best to ensure they arrive in the same condition we shipped them. Please see below for measures you can take to ensure your rug arrives in the condition it was in when it left our warehouse.
**Important: Inspect your order before signing for delivery**
Inspect your shipment for damage while the driver is still there, verify that the order is complete, and document any shortages or damage on the freight bill. If in doubt, write "pending inspection" next to your signature. Make a note of any rips in the packaging. Shipments that are obviously damaged should be refused.
Keep in mind that if there is damage, simply signing your name without including written comments about the damage is the equivalent of your stating that your delivery arrived in perfect condition and the carrier will not honor a damage claim. So we encourage you to make a note of anything that doesn't seem right.
