In addition to exquisitely crafted inlaid tailored graphics using CNC waterjet technology, we use a proprietary thermo-bonding process to fuse each piece together. Each graphic element is molecularly welded to a highly
durable polyester non-woven liner for longer life. Besides adding outstanding structural stability, thermo-bonding gives Infinity Mats a plush cushion underfoot. Many don't know that Coir holds bacteria, mold, and mildew which transfers by shoes and feet right into your home. But Infinity Mats are anti-bacterial, lighter weight, lower-profile (eliminating trip hazards &
interference with door sweeps) and they don't swell with water like ordinary coco mats. Not only do we make each one to your specifications-name, monogram,

There are a lot of cheap mats that aren't built to last and there are specific reasons Infinity Mats cost more. First, the all-weather
material is made for long-term outdoor performance. This brushed matting is made on a needle punch machine from a small American mill, then we CNC cut each piece, inlay the designs and back them with virgin, non-slip rubber
backing (so it won't stain your hard surface). The vast majority of entry mat material isn't made for outdoor use (including coir) which is why they shed, shred, and need to be replaced so quickly. Our Infinity Custom Coco "Not!" mats
