great service and product. super helpful. would definitely purchase again.

Service beyond any reasonable expectation or any unreasonable expectation. Product gorgeous. Crazy high quality. Stitching perfect. Custom fit was a piece of cake to order. Multiple calls and emails to make certain I was satisfied, or to help with fabric or counsel on measurements. Highest praise I could give to any company.

Responsive customer service; additional care to expedite shipment in time for gifting at a big event.

I love that I can create and purchase these beautiful rugs and give them to my clients and they just see the quality and their name or business logo and THEY ABSOLUTELY LOVE IT. How amazing it is to know that every day they will see it as they step inside a home- I helped them purchase !!!! Quality - at its finest! Gorgeous designs that allow you to be creative and custom made for my incredible clients. Thank you :)

These are the best doormats and are great for gifts. High quality and made in America, they are good for any occasion.

Dan and his team were very easy to deal with. They went up and beyond to be sure that the order was 100% colour perfect and reached its delivery destination on time. I will highly recommend RugsThatFit to my networks. Thanks again Dan!!

Communication was great while trying to select rug from samples. Didn’t have enough on roll for size I needed but let me know timing for next roll and kept me informed on progress. Quality of rug is great (this is my second purchase). Highly recommend this business and their rugs! So happy I found them!

GOOD

From the day I ordered our rug until the day it arrived, customer service was prompt, thorough and friendly. All my questions were answered by someone who seemed more like a friend than a service representative.
Not only that, but our rug is absolutely beautiful. We couldn’t be happier!

From the initial contact with Customer Service all through the ordering process and the actual delivery of the rug, everything was absolutely spectacular jewler. Rug fit like a glove, just as it was measured. I would recommend this to anyone.
