Dan is so thorough and wants every customer to be happy. On our recent purchase, he sent me samples, followed up until we were sure we had the right purchase and experience. He has incredibly high standards for product manufacturing and for customer satisfaction. We have purchased (and loved) Infinity mats for our entrances, and this was our first purchase for the interior. We received a beautifully hand made 5x7 rug for our entrance. I am a huge fan of Rugs That Fit and am very impressed by both the design and customer service standards of this company.
