My living room needed a facelift

My living room needed a facelift, and RTF provided the final touch. After surveying the website and selecting several possibilities for three area rugs, I requested samples which helped solidify my choice. In short order my rugs arrived and I couldn't be happier to be FINISHED, and have American made products as the icing on the cake. Bravo, RTF!

Very responsive with emphasise on

Very responsive with an emphasis on customer service. I ordered two custom rugs and both were high quality and look great. I questioned the construction for one of the rugs I ordered and without hesitation they remedied the issue. The design team was easy to work with and the follow through was excellent. Now that I know how easy it is to make a rug specific for a particular space, and the high quality of the rugs, I will be ordering more rugs in the future.
