I was so tired of buying cheap natural fibre rugs from Amazon that literally fell apart after two years and had my heart set on a FibreWorks rug, because of the higher quality. Living in NYC, I was having trouble finding a dealer and came across RugsThatFit when doing a Google search for dealers near me. I liked what I saw on their website, especially with customization and turn around time being so efficient, and I am glad every day that I reached out to them! I requested several samples, which arrived very quickly, and they even sent a few additional samples so I could get a better idea of colors and textures. When I was ready to go forward with my order, I was contacted by the owner of the company himself, who was so kind and personable and involved me in the design every step of the way. This company really cares about getting it right AND saving you money. Since residential shipping in my area is costly, they worked to find the least expensive way of shipping.
